Dutch Mill yoghurt drink is one of the many drinks available here in the Philippines. It is a fruity yoghurt drink which my kids love. When I go to the super market, I usually buy eight small tetra packs of Dutch Mill. Because it is so yummy, it usually last for one or two days. My little ones always open the refrigerator and look for their Dutch Mill. Sometimes I hide them so that they won’t consume them all at once.
Dutch Mill is a product of Thailand. It was manufactured by Dairy Plus Co., Ltd. Thailand and imported by Monde Nissin Corporation, Philippines. Dutch Mill yoghurt drink comes in four flavors: orange, strawberry, blueberry and mixed fruits (apple, grape, orange and pineapple). It is available in two sizes. The small one contains 90 mL and costs Php8.50 (USD 0.2) while the bigger one contains 180 mL and costs Php17.50 (USD 0.417).
What are the ingredients of Dutch Mill?
The main ingredients of Dutch Mill yoghurt drink are yoghurt, fruit juice, sugar and permitted food coloring. From what it says in the packaging, it contains about 15% of fruit juice. It also contains calcium and live micro organisms such as Lactobacillus Bulgaricus and Streptococcus Thermophilus. These micro organisms help in the digestion process by breaking down enzymes in the digestive track.

I’m no dietitian but I think this yoghurt drink is a healthy snack for kids because it has zero Trans fat and zero cholesterol. It also contains vitamins, calcium and iron. I think our neighbor was having an instrumental tripping today. As I was cleaning my kids feeding bottle, I was also listening to their instrumental music. I can hear clearly the music coming from their window which is just about a foot from our sink. Somewhere Over the Rainbow was sung in the Season 1 Finale episode of the TV series Glee. It was sung by Will Schuster (Matthew Morrison) and Noah "Puck" Puckerman (Mark Salling). It is like Isreal’s version where Will played a ukulele.
